Where will the meet & greet take place at the airport?

We will be waiting for you at your flight’s baggage reclaim area and we will escort you to our vehicle to take you to your chosen destination.
You won’t have to worry about anything, simply enjoy the journey.

What is the difference between a transfer from the car terminal or from the dock?

A transfer from the car terminal will take you to Venice by land with a slightly longer car journey (15 mins).
However, you will get to your destination more quickly since the embarkation point is in the city centre.
If, instead, you choose the option via dock (standard or deluxe), after a few minutes’ drive you will get to the motorboat that will cross the whole lagoon to take you to your destination.
In case of bad weather or extreme weather conditions, all transfers will be made by car from the car terminal so as to ensure maximum safety at all times.

Can I reach any destination?

Yes, our motorboats will take you to any destination you wish.
Venice is a unique city, so please bear in mind that some areas may be difficult to access or may not have a private docking area, and that there may be tides or traffic limitations: in such cases, the embarkation / disembarkation point will be moved to the closest and safest location.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes.
You may cancel your booking by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice before the service time chosen at the time of booking. To cancel your booking, please contact our offices by phone or e-mail.

FAQs

A Standard pack is a transfer managed with a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or V-Class and a fiberglass boat via Venice car terminal. 

With the Deluxe pack, you will be travelling on a latest generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class and a deluxe wooden boat, via Venice car terminal or via airport dock, with diferent rates. 

With the Exclusive pack, you will be travelling with the ultimate Mercedes-Benz S Maybach and the water limousine MOA-N.Y.C., the unique boat with air conditioning and amenities on board. Choose how you want to travel.
